Effective July 1, 2013, BauPVO 305/2011 has entered into force to set harmonized conditions for the marketing of construction products and repeal of Directive 89/106 / EWG in full and without further transitional periods. This regulates the placing on the market of construction products to a considerable extent.

The following products are affected,

 

• Which are covered by a harmonized European standard

• For which European technical assessments were issued

• Whose use affects the basic requirements of buildings.

 

For these products performance declarations are available from the manufacturer. The manufacturer assumes responsibility for the conformity of the product with the stated performance. In addition, the CE marking is obligatory for these products.

You will find the correct declaration of conformity on the manufacturer's label and the certificate number / number of the service declaration on the packaging.
