Thread rolling for the perfect thread

We produce threads using cutting-edge thread rollers as standard. If there are special requirements for surface quality and strength, we employ conventional and CNC-controlled thread rollers. As a result, the Daniel Group is quite flexible in selecting the appropriate thread roller, depending on the customer’s requirements and the desired thread, to produce threaded rods, threads for height adjustment or trapezoidal threads, for example.
