Custom Drawing Parts & Mechanical Fasteners: Globally Sourced, Professionally Engineered

Production

CNC Machining (Turning, Milling, Grinding) and more: the most cost-efficient production method for your custom drawing parts and mechanical fasteners

Custom drawing parts and mechanical fasteners require the right process and the right partner. If you rely on a limited in-house machine park, you often have to compromise on cost or technical feasibility – and lose valuable potential. As your Technical Distributor and development partner, we unlock that potential through an internationally audited network of manufacturers, technologies, and quality capabilities.

We are fasteners

Your partner for custom fastening technology: no compromises on cost efficiency

As your Technical Distributor for custom drawing parts and mechanical fasteners, we support you throughout every development phase—especially when it matters most: during production. Because even the best design only delivers real value through the right manufacturing process — and its cost efficiency.

We are convinced that the potential of global sourcing far exceeds what static in-house production can offer. While a manufacturer with an in-house machine park often sells what the machines can produce, we think in solutions — not capacity.

For example: a turning shop will usually sell you a turned part, even if cold forming would be significantly cheaper and more resource-efficient.

We always choose the process that makes the most sense for your fastener. With flexible production capabilities across the globe, we develop and manufacture the ideal custom solution—independent of material and forming technology. We apply Value Engineering early to reduce your Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)—including material alternatives, geometry optimization, and near-net-shape manufacturing choices.

»Our partners are not anonymous suppliers to us—they are an extended workbench of our company. For decades, we have built mutual trust, grown together, and communicated as equals. That beats any short-term success.«

Mario Jösting, Managing Director

Manufacturing

5 reasons why we make the difference as a Technical Distributor and supplier of drawing parts

  1. Maximum process diversity: Whether cold forming for large series, precision machining, or complex sheet metal work—we use state-of-the-art technologies worldwide to meet your requirements precisely.

  2. Global advantages: We know which market delivers the best results for which requirements. Because we are not tied to our own machine park, we select the location and manufacturing process that is most economical for your project. For stainless-steel products, for example, India can be the best option.
  3. We manage the complexity:  We monitor geopolitics, currency fluctuations, and customs developments—and respond accordingly. So you can rely on stable costs and uninterrupted supply.
  4. Highest quality: To use international cost advantages without quality risks, our teams supervise production on site. We also operate local testing labs and use a quality assurance system designed specifically for custom parts.
  5. Short lead times: With smart stockholding and volume contracts, we ensure a process without downtime.

Services

Our services for producing drawing parts and fasteners

Machining (turning, milling, grinding): With full flexibility in machining, we choose the most efficient process for your component—depending on the product and material. We shape the metal by removing excess material as chips.

Precision Forming (Cold Heading & Hot Forging): Highly efficient production for medium to high volumes. This near-net-shape process reduces material waste and increases strength due to uninterrupted grain flow—ideal for heavy-duty fasteners and custom solid parts.

Hot Forging (Hot Forming): For components requiring high mechanical strength, complex geometries, and minimized springback effects. Engineered for demanding heavy-duty industrial applications, these parts are shaped under precise high-temperature configurations.

Zinc & Aluminum Die Casting: High-precision manufacturing methods for complex metal components. Aluminum stands out for its lightweight properties, while zinc enables fast production cycles due to its low melting point.

Sheet Metal Working (Stamping, Bending, Laser Cutting): Whether you require a rotating cage, a structural load-bearing element, or a frame bracket—modern stamping, bending, and laser-cutting technologies transform your specified material into the exact component you need.

Assemblies (Sub-Assemblies): Functional units consisting of multiple individual parts—fully pre-assembled, quality-tested, and delivered ready-to-install.

Machining for a wide range of materials

We produce high-quality turned, milled, and ground parts exactly to your specifications. You get full flexibility in material selection (e.g., 1.4301, S235JR, AlMgSi0.5), and we choose the most economical method based on your requirements. The result: components that match your application technically and economically.

  • CNC turning: At automated turning and machining centers, we produce complex components such as shift shafts for valve technology or axes for ATMs. Whether aluminium, brass, free-cutting steel, or stainless steel (e.g., 42CrMoS4, V2A)—we process materials into cost-efficient, high-quality parts.
  • CNC milling: Using conventional and 5-axis milling machines, we create three-dimensional geometries to your specifications. For example, we turn galvanized steel into precise catching prisms for the packaging industry—or produce unique custom solutions.
  • Grinding: For tailored surfaces inside and out, we use various grinding processes. We adjust the grinding intensity precisely to the material properties and the intended use to create functional, accurate surfaces.
