Regardless of the production process, every delivery is checked in our own testing laboratory. We inspect dimensions, materials and surfaces. Test documents, declarations of conformity and traceability back to the raw material are standard for us.

Yes. Many parts are made using a combination: for example, cold forging for the basic shape followed by turning for finishing. Or laser cutting and bending for sheet metal assemblies. We coordinate everything.

No. We are a technical distributor with in-house manufacturing expertise. That means we manage a network of specialised manufacturing partners in Germany, Europe and Asia – and provide counselling, quality assurance and logistics. This is how we find the best approach for every project.

Through defined inspection processes, on-site audits, first article inspection (FAI) according to VDA/PPAP, and our own in-house ISO-compliant testing laboratory in Lübbecke. All partners work to defined standards. If required, our own QA offices in Asia carry out checks directly on site.
